IN STORE RETURNS

When returning an item to our store, you must provide the original receipt showing the item purchased, dated within the previous 30 days . If the returning item must be shipped, the Customer must pay for the return shipping costs and item with sufficient insurance in protective packaging to protect the item(s) during shipping.

NEW MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY.

Returns for new items must be unused, and in the original packaging , with all the manufacturers seals intact. Special ordered items that are not regular in stock products may not be returned (sale is final).

NOTE: Once and item is used we will not accept a return for any reason including any potential warranty concerns. Some items are subject to special conditions and must be approved by management.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY.

The original manufacturer, not AVF Hobbies, is responsible for all manufacturing defects and liabilities in their products.

If you receive a product that is damaged or thought to be defective out of the package, we can assist you to determine there is a manufacturer defect. AVF Hobbies does not cover warranty shipping to the manufacturer. The shipping of the warranty claim to the manufacturer is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that items such as electronics and engines are serviced or warrantied only by an authorized service center and may have to be sent away for evaluation or repair. The shipping cost is at the sole discretion between the customer and supplier/manufacturer or authorized service center not AVF Hobbies.

Installation ( Labour ) of all warranty items are not covered by the manufacturer. AVF Hobbies shop rate is $30.00 per hr.

MISSING PARTS

Under no circumstances will we replaced a component from new product to address warranty or missing part concerns. This policy ensures you as a customer always receives a new product.

No returns on the following products.

*Special customer orders. (items that are not in stock are considered a special order)

Special orders, discontinued and clearance/stock. Priced reduced item(s), As is item(s) cannot be returned. All sales are final on these items.

Opened:

. Software

. Paints

. Adhesives

. Batteries

. Fuel

. Electronic Products

. Programming cards/Cables

. Model rockets, rocket engines/ igniters

. Plastic models with torn wrapping or box damage.

* Items such as servos, other electronics or Engines that have been mounted are considered used and non-

returnable.

* All electronics or any items that have been altered, soldered or "power that has been applied too" cannot

be returned.

No Warranty on the following products.

. Glow plugs

. Paint
